WHAT'S NEW AT BENOIL

New Developments - plastic injection mouldings

		Benoil has worked together with our customers to design, prototype and produce feasible A and B surfaces for a number of functional and decorative parts. We work either on a consultation basis or produce inserts and parts to a customer drawing. These particular parts are just an example of the kind of parts we can produce; they are LH and RH finisher end plates and are destined for the white goods industry. Typical batch quantities are 500 for this part, though we make and supply smaller and larger runs depending on individual customer requirements. Tooling can either be amortised into the piece cost or bought and owned outright by the customer.

		Benoil has available a number of different injection moulding machines to suit most requirements - including for example running multi-core tools. We also produce some much bigger components that require much larger capacity machines. To give some indication of scale, the parts shown here are approximately 80mm long by 30mm deep.
