This series is shown on drawing 10258 based on the same drawing as for the
more common 1.875"-12UN thread version of the same bursting disc. Overall
length 5/8". Seal mechanisim is a chamfer o-ring seal between the side and
bottom face of the port.
The port drawing for these bursting discs is based on the same port drawing as
for the more common 1.875"-12UN thread version drawing 10756.

General notes:
Customers have asked us whether repeated pressurisation affects the
foil and therefore whether the burst disc can still be relied on to rupture
at the target burst pressure after multiple use. Benoil burst discs are
designed for single use and therefore recommended practice is to use the
discs once only.

Please note that although the nominal thru bore is 38mm, this will vary as one
of the variables is the ID of the burst disc.
If there is a minimum thru-bore requirement post rupture, please advise this
at the time of enquiry.
Some tools / applications have a critical minimum flow rate or a minimum
debris size to pass post rupture.
