10. BLOW OUT PREVENTER SEALS

Currently, BOP seals are made in fluorocarbon rubber (FCR), Nitrile, or Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBr) rubber.

We can produce to the requirements of the customer; manufacturing special sizes etc. BOP seals can also be made in other materials on request.

Nitrile seals are not now commonly supplied because FCR or HNBr seals have the safety margin of better temperature resistance, vital in this safety application: However they can be supplied on request where appropriate.
